: I got acne all over my face after going for laser hair removal, What should I do?
Last night I went to Laser hair removal and lasered my full face and full arms.
My arms got some acne here and there.
But my face, is really bad.
It has small white heads all over it. Its very embarrassing.
I think I got it because I was scratching it after the treatment because it was itchy and irritated my face a lot.
The acne wasn’t as bad in the morning as it is now.
I put some acne treatment creams and washed my face with acne treatment washes just now.
But will that help? Any other ideas? Please?

I didn’t have as much hair before I went to the laser treatments, now I have much more than before.
They usually have a cream that you’re supposed to put on after words that stops the irritation. I didnt put the cream on this one time because last time that I dude put it, my arms get little white heads all over it.. like my face.
This time it’s the opposite. My face is all white heads and my arms are clear :/

Yep, youre right, they are most likely infected. Let them run their course and voila they should be ok.
Honestly, i dont know why people dont just accept what they are. You wouldn’t be having any of these problems in the first place.
keep doing the acne washes. your acne will subside eventually. but dont worry about your acne because if you do more acne will happen and the cycle will continue.
I would go back to where I had the procedure done. They should be able to help you or your regular physician should be able to refer you. Good luck.
Well you probably broke out because of how irritated your skin got, and unfortunately you gotta just let it run its course and just wash your face and put on your acne cream. whatever you do dont wash it a million times a day because your skin will get super dry. and be careful if you put lotion on because some lotion has oil in it, and that wont help at all
dont apply any products on it; it’s normal to have white heads for a day or 2 after the treatment because of the heat released from your skin. It’ll go away by itself. try avoiding alot of water ..like wash ur face but not too much and make sure the water is not too warm..if ur skin feels dry just apply a light lotion..nothing heavy

quinoderm is great for acne you can get it from any chemist it drys you skin a bit though so you might have to buy a moisturizer as well
